BACKGROUND
STONEBERG + GROSS ARCHITECTS is a multi-disciplined architectural, planning and interior architecture firm established in 1992. The firm is owned and managed by Jack Stoneberg and Julie Gross, who bring several years of broad experience from larger, Chicago-based firms as well as the Architectural Department of The Chicago Park District. The staffing policy utilizes a select, well-experienced, group of architectural consultants, as well as, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering consultants. Projects undertaken by the firm vary widely in size and scope from single family residential designs to unique retail-commercial tenant buildouts. The firm has also pursued selected public projects such as school playgrounds and neighborhood gardens. The diversity of such a practice is united by the commitment to client service, quality design, and high professional standards. Noted projects are: the Lakewood Court Residential Townhome and Condominium Community in Chicago, Illinois, the Linn Residence in Vail, Colorado, Lori's Discount Shoe Boutique and the 'Shoebox' Loft Residential Development.
